The Citizen Customer Service Representative greets citizens and responds to concerns or complaints in a timely manner. Our representative provides general information, phone numbers and addresses, as

well as, processing service requests, suggestions, and connects callers to appropriate department.

All data is kept on time of completion of service request with tracking and input entered into a database. The response time on a request is approximately 24 hours.

Monthly reports will be available at the end of the month.
