Division Description:

The Sanitation Division provides once a week curbside collection of residential garbage and yard trash inside the City and once a week curbside collection of residential garbage only in the unincorporated areas of Tift County. The Division provides regularly scheduled commercial dumpster service both inside and outside the City. It also collects household junk curbside inside the City at regular intervals for an additional fee and once per year at no charge to the residents. Solid waste is delivered to the Tifton-Tift County Landfill and the Inert Landfill.
