Q: When will my service be disconnected for nonpayment?
A: When your statement becomes over 60 days past due.

Q: How soon can I have my service connected?
A: The same day as long as request is made prior to 3:00 P.M. for water, sewer, and gas. City Net and Sanitation services take at least 3 to 5 days.

Q: How soon can I call to have services disconnected?
A: The same day as long as all equipment is returned by time of request of disconnection.

Q: If my water is off after 5:00 PM, who do I call?
A: You should call 911.

Q: If I have a high water bill, what should I do?
A: You should first check your meter reading against your meter also check toilets and faucets for leaks.

Q: Is there a deposit for sanitation services?
A: No, but you might want to pay for a month up front but not mandatory.

Q: What will I have to pay to get City Net started at my house?
A: Any installation fees and first month of desired package
