New Customers

Welcome to the City of Tifton! To activate service, all new customers must come to Customer Service located on the first floor in the City Hall, 130 1St. E. during business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Established Customers

To transfer service to a new address, customers must come to Customer Service located on the first floor in the City Hall, 130 1st St. E. during business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

  • Valid Picture I.D.
  • Rental or Lease Agreement, or Closing Documents
  • Social Security Card (Copy or Picture of Card is Acceptable)

Disconnecting Services

To disconnect service, you will need to come to Customer Service located at City Hall, 130 1st St. E.                                  Hours of operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
